3 Account & Security

3.3 Account Closure and Suspension

- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported at acb65: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions via any other method will not be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
No transaction below the deposit limit will be processed. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the user's verification level.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Verification delays or banking system complexities may occasionally result in longer processing times.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on acb65 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.
4.5 Deposit Integrity
Only funds belonging to the individual in whose name the account is registered may be deposited into that account. Deposits from payment methods registered in a third party's name are prohibited.
5 Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
5.1 Welcome Bonus
acb65 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonus funds do not need to be used before withdrawing deposited funds; however, winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.
- acb65 reserves the right to set wagering contribution rates for specific games or betting categories.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
- acb65 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse or bonus hunting is suspected.
5.4 Promotional Offers
acb65 may periodically offer additional promotions, cashback offers, and VIP benefits. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page.
6 VIP Program Terms
The acb65 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Changes to VIP tier status are at acb65's discretion. Cashback credits may be issued as bonus balance and may be subject to separate wagering requirements. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
7 Prohibited & Unauthorized Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acb65 platform. In the event of a violation, the account may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Accessing or operating another person's account
- Using any form of automation software, bots, or scripts
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage without reporting them
- Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Harassing or harming other users on the platform
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Abusing promotional offers or colluding
acb65 uses fraud detection technology and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
8 Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content on the acb65 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, game interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of acb65 or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

- Misrepresenting yourself using the platform's name, logo, or brand
